It's possible there is excessive saliva production and the air blown out churns the saliva and causes bubbles. Does the person snore a lot at night. Does he/she have abdominal pain, excessive gas and central burning chest pain. It could be related to gastritis. Kindly consult a Doctor if he has any of the above mentioned problems to get examined and treated correctly.
