Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
It's a physical response to get extra blood (carrying oxygen and nutrients) to the muscles in the body that are working harder. When you are in better shape, the heart is able to work more efficiently and that's why it doesn't need pump as hard as it would for someone who isn't in good shape.
EDIT
It's also to carry away the increased waste used by the body.
Hi well come to HCM.

to pump faster leading to increase in heart rate. thanks
Hi,
Thanks for query,
When you are at rest body gets oxygen and nutrients with your normal heatr rate.
When you do hard work or exercise then need of oxygen and other nutrients become more so to cop up your body demand your heart has to work more so your pulse rate become fast.
Ok and bye.
