Why Does It Hurt After Finishing My Peeing?

It hurts as I m just finishing peeing, i have a history of kidney stones, last year I had percutaneous nephrolithotomy, where they took out 16 out of my left kidney and then two rounds of lithotripsy to break up 4 more. it kind of painful like the stones but not really. It feel more like sand that I m peeing at the end

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You still may have some stones or crystals and you may pass that in urine. That may cause discomfort.

You should go for ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder once to check for stone.

Drink plenty of water.

For pain relief drugs like diclofenac sodium can be taken.

Final treatment depends whether there is stone or not and suze of stone.
