looks like you have palpitations. This with pain abdomen can be due to vvarious causes like a block in the heart, decreased coronary flow, cor pulmonale etc. I would advise you to get a angiogram done along with ekg. I would advise you to consult a physician as soon as possible. Also you need to rule out acid peptic disease for pain abdomen. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
