Why Does One Get Back Pain When Training With Weights?

hello i am a student of 21 years of age, i am doing gym and i get back pain when training with weights,my other friends can do it easily do i have any spine problem.i stopped gym a few months back then i had back pain now when i started again i am getting pain at the same place can i know my problem plz
should i stop gym

thank you for sharing your complain,

dear friend your back pain is muscular pain. you should start heavy gym exercise which hurts your spine. when you lift heavy weight, all weight of your body will be balanced by spine and if muscles of your spine are weak then spine will feel much load and will cause pain.
so first you should do such exercise which will make strong the muscle of spine,rather than heavy weight lifting exercise.
