Why Does The Hair Color Remain Even After Repeated Washing?
i went to the salon today and had my hair bleached to get a sort of yellowy platinum hair. the hair stylist bleached it and then after put something in a blue shad that will neutralise the yellow on my hair. she said that when i get home, i should wash it with the purple shampoo. i got home now and washed it twice with the purple shampoo but my hair is still pastel-y blue with a hint of green and the blonde coming through. what shall i do? is this normal?
