The lesions on elbows you described suggests that you may be having phrynoderma.
There are small spiny papules on elbow and surrounding skin.
The skin might be dry and rough.
There would be no itching. You might feel to rupture the lesions and to remove white keratinous material..right?
It is phrynoderma , caused by
vitamin A deficiency.
It is common in children.
Take vitamin A daily ..like capsule aquasol A. Also take
vitamin E and C to enhance the the improvement.
Keep the skin moist.
Rub
salicylic acid containing oint.
Eat vitamin A containing food..papaya,banana,carrot,fish..etc
I feel, you would be better in few months.
