Why Experiencing Cramps With Moderate Diarrhea And Vomitings After Having Cytotec Orally And Vaginally?

Hi, i had used cytotec 200ug orally and 200ug per vagina. i experienced great cramps accompanied with moderate diarrhoea and vomitting. then the pain stopped suddenly after 4 hours though i have not seen any bleeding till now and its around 18 hours now. please what is happening and what should i do?
