Why Experiencing Frequent Head Pains Along With Eye Floaters And Irritation?

I keep having pains in my head. They are weird, they come and go. they happen all over and are not specific to one area. Lately i have been feeling like my head is just going to explode and I feel a pulse at the back middle portion. Also lately been having lots of eye floaters that are rather irritating. I have high blood presssure controlled by Lisinipril and anxiety controlled by lexapro. Is this normal? Is it my anxiety screwing with me??

Very high blood pressure can cause severe headaches and visual symptoms. These conditions are called malignant hypertension. The eye floaters with headache, with latter lasting more than 4 to 72 hours (untreated) occurs in Migraine with visual aura. The isolated symptom of eye floaters also occurs in patients with impending retinal detachment
