Why Has Blood Sugar Level And SGPT Level Increased?

hello ,two days ago my father had a blood test,he never suffer from diabetes,he only takes medicine for triglyceride,and suddenly it appears in that test that the SGPT IS 65, and the diabetes is very high too, please could you tell me what does that mean?

The upper limit of the SGPT is approximately 56, though it can vary from lab to lab. Your father's value is slightly above this.
One of the more common causes is fatty liver. This is the build up of fat in the liver.

If the blood tests result also show that he is a diabetic then he needs to start treatment for this. This would involve lifestyle changes and medications.
There are different medications that are available.
Lifestyle changes involve change of diet and exercise.
