Why Has My TSH Level Been Increasing While T3 And T4 Remain Normal?

My tsh has been ranging between from June to August 1.56 to 2.79 till November 21st when I got my tsh and t3, t4 done, my tsh came back as high as 29.35 with t3 and t4 normal, as I was too concernced I got my tsh and ft3 and ft4 done again on 28th november, where I could see a drop in tsh level to 16.65 and ft3 and ft4 normal, could you please let me what could be the reason of such high fluctuations

if this is the picture we need free t3 and t4 levels in blood which can tell exact picture
and the fluctuations are very common in thyroid diseases
i have seen many patients like this so we need to adjust dosages
