Why Having Chronic Stomach Pain, Constipation, Vomitings And Hot Flushes When Diagnosed With IBS?

Hi my 22 year old daughter has loss 3 stone in weight in the last 10 months. Her symptoms are chronic stomach pains, constipation, vomiting (at least 3 times a week at anytime even during the night), hot flushes and body aches and pains which flair up regularly. She's had normal gastroscopy and colonoscopy and therefore has been given an ibs diagnosis.

She was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries about 4 years ago and has irregular periods.

She's now got the constipation under control but still vomiting and having hot flushes. Any idea what this could be?

Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the constipation then it may not be due to any illness unless it is being diagnosed, else low water intake and low fiber intake could be the cause of the constipation, another vomiting and indigestion could be due to some infection and most of the time it is the protozoa infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it needs to be taken for three weeks hope this information helps.
