Why Having Fluctuating Fever With Fatigue, Body Pain And Cough?
Hello,
I have had a fever since Christmas day fluctuating between about 100-103, currently 102.3. Other symptoms are extreme fatigure, all over body pain, runny/stuffy nose and a cough. Today I am getting extreme pain in both my lower side areas when I cough, almost takes me down to the ground but just like that when the cough is done the pain goes away. What is happening?

As you describe, it appears to be the chest infection, bronchitis, bronciectasis, tuberculosis, eosinophelia,or some other disease.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an X ray chest, sputum A.F.B. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms amoxycillin, clavulanic acid, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
