Why Having Pain On Right Side Of Abdomen During Pregnancy?

pregnancy right side pain I am only 5 n half weeks along but have been: having pain in the right side for 2 days. its not in one spot its shifting sometimes right under ribs n right side of belly button n low abdomen but always on right side am concerned of ectopic pregnancy or sumthing serious

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum.It is not something serious,it may be because of gas which is moving from one place to another.take syrup-digene 1tsf 3-4 times in a day.avoid oily food,Take more fluids and juices.It will go but during pregnancy its very common problem so take care.
