Why Having Pains In Chest And Muscles And Medicines Not Effective? Hypertensive And Have Myocardial Bridge

I have chest pains, severe muscle pains, I'm hypertensive and was recently told that Ihave a myocardial brigde but it shouldn't affect me in any way. The doctors still can't explain the pains I have. I'm currently on Telma H, Nodon and aspirin. Non of these help

Hi.

I read your query. The musculary bridge is diagnosed with coronary angiography (i don't know if you have done this.)

The pain you are experiencing is more probably due to musculary bridge spasm which lead to myocardial ischemia and angina.

Thw best way to treat this variant of angina is by using calcium channel inhibitor.

So id I was your treating doctor I would add Amlodipin 5 mg to your therapy.
