hi, im experiencing bad headaches, these have got worse over the last couple of days. they started about 6 months ago, but i took paracetamol, which took them away briefly, they have returned on several occasions, and lately have been more persistant, and worsened

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having migraine like headache.
But better to get done blood pressure monitoring and hemoglobin estimation to rule out hypertension and anemia as both of them can cause similar kind of headache.
If both these are normal then migraine is more likely.
For better symptomatic relief in migraine follow these lifestyle modifications.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely.
4. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
7. Avoid excessive laptop, computer and mobile use.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
