Why Having Severe Nausea And Vomiting After Taking Forecox For Tubercular Pleural Effusion?
my mother is 82. dignosed 3 weeks ago with tubercular pleural effusion.aspiration done. tab. forecox 2 and a half started ,now for last 20 days. having severe nausia and vomiting.not eating any solid food,for a few days.giving her pantoprazole,levosupiride domeperidone and digine,as advised. planning to do LFT and uric acid tests tomorrow. pl.advise

I really appreciate your concern for your mother, if your mother is suffering from Tuberculosis and taking anti TB drug then nausea and vomiting is the main side effect of this drug and this is some time very trouble some but this will come with the time the vomiting can be managed with the drug called "Ondansetron" with the parenteral rout discus this with your doctor, hops this information helps you take a good care of your mother bye.
