Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
What do you do for a living? Is your sleep disturbed in the night? You are having Narcolepsy, which is a sleep disorder that causes excessive sleepiness. Disrupted work schedules, can make narcolepsy worse and it could run in families. If this bothering you, you should be getting yourself examined by a Neurologist so that he can examine you and run few test if necessary. It can be easily controlled. Eating light vegetarian meals during the day and avoiding heavy non veg meals before important activities, try to have a Siesta in the afternoons after lunch for 15 to 20 minutes.
Exercise regularly and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green Leafy vegetables, avoid junk.
Good Luck.
