Hello ESR is parameter usually asked for in infections and certain chronic diseases. It is erythrocyte sedimentation rate which measures the rate at which RBCs (one of the components of blood) sediment. This is used as a prognostic indicator for a diseased condition rather than diagnostic purposes. Your test results- high ESR are pointing towards an infection probably ( cause for fever) and it woud be a matter of concern if there are any other abnormal parameters associated with blood results say for example total counts. Hope I have given a fair idea as to what ESR is. Coming to the next part if your query, hemoglobin is below the normal range means you are anemic which needs to be investigated and managed. Loss of appetite and guiddiness can be due to anemia I would suggest you to go for a peripheral smear examination to diagnose the type of anemia and start on medication- appropriate hematinics to improve your hemoglobin. Moving on to the last part of your query, happi is basically raberazole that's most often prescribed for acidity or heartburn which is necessary in your case as you having complaints of bloating. Regards.
