Why Is It Hard To Breath Through The Flatter Side Of The Nose Which Affects Exercise And Sleep?
I have had lots of allergies which has made me sneeze a lot over the years but I think I may have damaged my nose as one side looks flatter and at the tip the cartilage feels sharp on one side. It is also harder to breath through the flatter side which effects exercise and sleeping. Does this sound right?
Hello, Sneezes are because of allergy and they can not change the shape of nose. You might have had deviated nasal septum ie the middle wall between both sides of nostril. So you develop sneezes because of that . You should get an ENT consultation and get examined .and get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses. to see for any disease in the sinuses . Then there are two treatment modalities like medical and surgical. That can be discussed after seeing the CT scan. In doubt do reply.
