Why Is My Body Swollen Every Morning And Making Edema Worse?

I m 50 yr old white, female, 5 2 , 120 lbs. No co-morbidities. When I wake up in the morning my whole body is swollen. You can see the water under my eyes like water balloons! My hands, face, legs and feet are so puffed up, I can hardly move! I rarely eat a lot of salt or junk food, no caffeine, no tobacco, minimal sugars such as cheerios, occasional cake or cookie, no soda. This edema has been getting progressively worse over the past 2-3 years. Some days, like this morning, it took 800 mg ibuprofen, 2 hours and a cold shower to make me functional and presentable for work. Please help.
