Why Is My Iris Blood Shot And Eye Balls Bruised?

I developed bloodshot eyes about 5 days ago in only the outer corners to iris part. Yesterday I started having headaches around temple and forehead. Headache is worse today and my left eye is not as red as the right eye. Right eyeball feels bruised to touch. 5'2", 200 lbs, white female

it may be iridocyclitis. it is required to be examined by eye doctor for examination and proper diagnosis. ciliary congestion is to be differentiated from conjuctival congestion. anterior chamber examination and examination on a slit lamp can confirm it. if confirmed then treatment with steroid drop is to be started.
