Why Is My Penis Become Hard Of Which I Find Difficult To Pee ?

hi for a couple of days know i have noticed that my penis foreskind and head have been wrinkly and shyney and also very smooth un erect. That area of my foreskin is red and a couple of days before it was a little bit swollen. Now i find it a little harder to pee but not that much more diffecult. Would you know what this is

Thanks for query,
It seems that you have got some infection on glans under fore skin.
Due to collection of smegma under the fore skin and not cleaned daily it produces soreness and infection.
So clean smegma daily while taking bath.
Apply antibiotic cream.
