Why Is My Penis Reddish And Spotty ?

my penis is itching and to some extent seen redish and some small sized black and redish spots seen in leg near the penis. my urin is light yellow for some days. i drink less water also. pliz let me know about it. is it aids ?

Welcome to HCM.
The symptoms you mention need not be due to hiv/253657?iL=true" >AIDS. It could be fungal infection.
If you have a possibility of being affected by AIDS, then you should get blood test done for HIV.
Consult a doctor. He will have to examine you to confirm the diagnosis by doing urine and blood tests and treat you accordingly.

You need to take on an average of 8 glasses of water daily.

The cause for your urine being yellow is due to not having enough liquids.

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist, since the lesions need to be examined.
