Why Is My Sperm Result In Semen Analysis Zero?

hey dear doctor, i made a semen analysis, and the result is zero sperm. after that i made a testicular for both right n left, but alas the result is as follow
right biopsy, mostly germ cell aplasia with few 2% lined by germ cell with maturation arrest.
Left testicular biopsy, sertoli cell only

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
Sertoli cell only syndrome or maturation arrest, mean the sperms are not maturing to normal sperms.
In such cases, pregnancy by normal fertilization is impossible.
The option to consider is ICSI.( in-vitro fertilization).
You must not waste time anymore, for other medical treatment.
