Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having sore throat very often which is due to poor and compromised immunity of your body and increased susceptibility of getting infected. You need not to worry about it. You should take proper antibiotic course along with anti inflammatory medications to prevent any suppuration. Sip on luke warm water. Hot milk with a pinch of turmeric boiled with it at bed time for 2-3 days as it has antimicrobial action. Maintain oral hygiene. Take proper course of antibiotics. Get blood tests done once along with throat swab test to find out cause of your condition. You should avoid eating spicy and heavy food , reduce intake of dairy products and avoid smoking

Hope your concern has been resolved.
