Hello,

As the orthopedist has prescribed the glucosamine sulfate this medicine may lead to some of the gastric irritation and lead to constipation.

So for this, the Rabemac tablet is given to avoid such effects of the glucosamine sulfate.

In most cases where medicines are prescribed for pain or as an additional supplement, gastric medicine is prescribed to avoid any gastric irritation.

You can consume both the medicines based on the prescription provided by the orthopedist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
