Why Is The Blister Reappearing Often In The Labia Majors Which Is Painless?
I have two blister like sores on the labia majors. They are painless. I have no vaginal discharge or odor. I have been tested and my results were negative. They come for two weeks then clear completely up. I haven't seen anything in the internet that looks like them and its only two in one spot.

I would keep a possibility of Herpes genitalis. Herpes causes recurrent episodes of erosions or ulcers in the genital area. Symptoms are variable like burning, pain etc but sometimes it does'nt cause much symptoms specially if it is recurrent herpes.
I would advice that you see a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis. Your dermatologist might ask for a few blood tests like HSV ELISA if the lesions are clinically doubtful.
