Why Is There Fatigue And Spinal Area Pain While Taking Generic Prilosec?

I am a 35 y/o female. I have not been feeling good for the past year with it getting progressively worse. I am extremely fatigued. I have pain along my spine area. I was in a car accident 4 years ago with injuries to the back. I have have a hiatal hernia from the accident which I take generic Prilosec. I have had pain in my right jaw/ear area. I was checked out by my ear nose and throat doctor with negative results. I have headaches daily which seemed to concentrate on my right side. I had an MRI with negative results. Due to the exhaustion I thought I might be anemic, the blood test was negative. My Vitamin D was found to be low. Supplements did not help feeling better. I noticed that when I lay down my heart has palpitations. This causes a headache and a pain my right jaw area. My blood pressure has been 90/60 lately which I think is low because I am a little overweight. After laying down I have been checking my pulse with it being 80-90 bpm. Also I have noticed that I am having trouble concentrating, memory and thinking. When I am not working I m at least laying down or sleeping. I do not do anything else. I have two female cousins that have had loop problems in their hearts. They weren t aware of this until their 30-40 s. I have had a UTI for the past 3 months, just got a prescription for the 4th antibiotic. I have now lost the urge to urinate. I feel like I m going crazy here because I know something is wrong we just can t pinpoint it. I am looking for help. I switched doctors through this because I felt the first one wasn t taking me seriously.
