Why Is There No Bleeding After Taking Misoprostol Given After Medical Abortion And Will It Be Cleared In Next Menstruation
I got my medical abortion done in the 6-7th week. I bled after that. Got my ultrasound done after 10 days. It shows sm fluid and debris inside...everything else is normal. My doctor gave me a dose of three misoprostol but I didnt bleed. I repeated a dose of 4 again the next night m stil no bleeding. Is it necessary to go for DnC Or will thia flush out in d next menstrual cycle

Hi. It is now necessary and safe to get D& C done, as the first course has not worked well.
This happens many times. The debris and fluid is probably some retained products with blood. So go in for D& C to clear the uterine cavity, which will otherwise cause infection or irregular bleeding with pain.
