Why My 4 Years Old Baby Always Get Blocked Nose ?

Hi there my 4 yr old daughter has a blocked nose every morning and bad breath she sometimes get nose bleed which we have had her to the hospital and dr.s were not concerned,she is constantly clearing her nose every day she always seems congested in her nose,also she has had a plegmy cough for the last 2 months, dr.s checked her and chest ,ears and throat were all clear could you please give me some advice into thinking what it is thankyou

hi welcome,
some advises which you should follow
1-keep child away from all sort ice cold items
2-child should keep away from direct fan or ac blower
3-dont give much fruits or milk
4-use nasivion drops to clear the passage
