Why My SGPT Levels Getting Elevated While Taking Cholesterol Medicines?

Dear sir,

i am taking lipostat and my sgpt is 97 now.If i take medicine for cholestrol my liver get damaged and if i not take cholestrol medicine iam under the risk of heart discese how to tackle this and what is the sloution ? doctor changed medicine for cholestrol 4 times all resulted in elevated sgpt
