Pain in ear with dizziness, causes could be infection involving middle ear, inner ear, fluid in middle ear,wax granuloma, tumors. As your ear examination is normal infections of middle ear can be ruled out.Bppv presentation would be episodic dizziness preciptated by posture. If your symptoms are too troublesome,go for mri brain.
