Why My Gestational Sac Is Still Empty?
why my gestational sac is still empty..even though the first day of my last menstrual was on 19 Oct 2012, my pregnancy supposed to be 9 weeks now. 2 days ago, i went for ultrasound, the doc said, it seems 5 weeks only..not 9 weeks. Why this situation happen?

Calculation using the LMP method may not be accurate as we take into consideration the time since the last period when pregnancy could have occurred anytime between the last period and the one you were expecting. So a gestational age of 5 weeks could quite be possible and normal.
