Hello Your husband is having back pain with chills and body ache with fatigue . These symptoms may be due to . 1 Virus fever ( viral ) develops such type of symptoms but these symptoms remains for 5-10 days and there after subsides . 2 Malaria may be the another most common cause of such symptoms so get in blood examination for Malarial parasites. 3 Typhoid fever can not be rule out so get in blood for widal test and serology examination. However there are so many other reasons of such symptoms but without complete history of illness ( clinical ) and physical examination , it is very difficult to predict any diagnosis , so consult a physician and get his opinion. Good luck.
