Why The Body Is Exhausted After Menopause?

I am ten years post-menopausal and have a history of fibromyalgia. Currently I do not have much body pain, but exhaustion has become a problem again. At the same time I am having hot flushes - my skin is warm to the touch, but my temperature is normal.
