Why The Right Leg Is Paining And Not Able To Walk?

Hi, After no injury or fall my right leg has become unable to weight bear, with sheering pain shooting from my groin/hip area down towards my knee. It also hurts when not moving or weight bearing, but without the shooting pains. I am a 29 year old female and have had no history of any problems. I just suddenly can t walk on my right leg??

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms are suggestive of a discal herniation or a bulging disk in the lumbar vertebral column.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and performing a lumbar spine MRI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
