Why The Right Side Of My Head Feels Numb?

so i ve had this kinda weird feeling like you know when your leg or hand goes to sleep on the right side of my head and face everything works fine it just feels weird this started happening friday its now monday early well sunday morning also i woke up and my arm felt like dead weight more than just falling asleep like it had lost all flow of blood i didnt freak out i just figured hey your arm went to sleep hence i was sleeping on it but it was so heavy and took awhile to get it feeling a little normal im still having the feelling of numbness on the side of my head and the top of my arm feels like its still partially asleep its aggravating me i ll probably go to the emergency room but i just wanted to see if anyone thinks i had a stroke or something also i ve been under alot of stress but it feels weird and im up and moving .... like now im typing and it feels like my arm wants to go to sleep its creeping under my arm pit to my back so my numbness is spreading all on the right side. ok so i made an appointment for tommorow i dont think i had a stroke i ve lost no motor skills it just feels weird so i will update you guys soon thanks so much for the input i hope its not a stroke i cant describe the feeling though its to weird especially the tingly feeling on my head sounds weird i know but soon as i get back tommorow i ll let you guys know

since last night the right side of my head is numb. i dont know why. i had 4 major teeth pulled at the dentise and he gave me empracet 30 (300mg). now i can feel tooth is still in my gums. should i go back to the dentist and get the rest of the teeth pulled out or will it do it on its own. my dentist says there are only pieces left and should come out, but i feel a large piece and its starting to hurt me and that is 1 problem tooth out of 4. could this be the reason the right side of my head is going numb for some reason.

Go to the E.R.> It kind of sounds like Guillain Barre though. This is diagnosed through a spinal tap and EMG/NCV studies. It is kind of rare, but very possible. Have you had the flu or cold lately? This is how it starts. Let me know how it goes!

since yesterday half of my head has velt numb. i had 4 teeth extracted and one of the teeth took 45 minutes to come out , but the tooth that took so long seems to still have a good portion in my gum. dentist said is should come out on its own and its in pieces, but with my tungue and fingures feel some of my tooth and its a big piece . could that be why i can t feel half of my head. should i go back and have the rest exctracted or just wait for it to come out. its in deep and causes some pain compaired to the other three.
