Stabbing Head Pain In Temple, Head Rushes, Numb Right Side. Any Ideas?

I have been suffering for about a month with initially, a stabbing head pain in my temple. My head then went numb and my right side of my neck is killing me. I also am having constant "head rushes" and especially after I eat (they seem to last for a couple of hours consistently after I eat). It feels like my whole right side is somewhat numb and my right eye feels like it is drying out. I thought this was shingles initially or cluster migraines, however, the stabbing pain in my right temple is now gone and I just have an extreme tenderness to my head (feels like someone is constantly pulling (gently) the right side of my head. My head rushes are really concerning me...

IT SEEMS TO BE MIGRAINE. USUALLY SUBSIDE BY FOOD & REST. AVOID GOING IN EXTREME SUN LIGHT,FASTING,SLEEP DEPRIVATION,SEVER EXERTION. FLUNARAZINE 5 mg AT BED TIME FOR 2-3 MONTHS HELPS. MILD ANALGESICS WITH RINITIDINE MAY BE TAKEN.
