Why There Is A Bruise And Bump On The Injected Area?
Well, I went to the doctors about 2 days ago. It was a new family doctor and we wanted to do some blood tests to check my levels such as iron and stuff since I ve been really slow and inactive feeling recently. Well, I have a serious fear of needles and I don t know if it s because I may have been tensing up or what, but a day after I developed a small bruise around a small bump and then today the bruise has doubled in size and the bump has also doubled in size. Is this something I should be worrying about?

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms can be due to soft tissue inflammation.
I would advise that you should take an anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid.
Hot fomentation can also be beneficial.
