Hello I would like to ask you about the issue that confuse me a lot, my niece 18 years and do not suffer from any disease, in the first day of final exams, she start vomit everything that she eat, all the tests in the government humble hospital did not show any cause of her case which made doctors puzzled, what is the reason in your point of view
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
In my opinion, your niece has a lot of anxiety which is leading to repeated vomiting. She needs to take it easy and practice some meditation and yoga. She also must eat a healthy and balanced diet and avoid excessive tea/coffee. Regular exercise will also help a lot. You must help her in this stressful period. The family should support her every step of the way and not put any pressure on her to do well.
Hope this helps
