Why Would An Athlete Have High Blood Pressure? What Could Be The Cause?

hello im a 23 year old athele and last month or so i noticed i have high blood pressure what can cause this problem? i have never had any health problems before and in my family there is no heart diseases when i rest blood pressure is pretty normal but im noticing swings in meassurements why is that.
