Why Would Regular Intake Of Alprazolam Pill Not Be Seen In Urine Test?

Hi I like to know why my pills I take was not in my pee test and it is called alprazolam I had 2 full knee replacement done at one time and I drink a lot of green tea, where did it go? I don t understand why it is not in my pee test im 54 years old and I take them every day and my Dr tooled me nothing was in that test not even the pain pills I was on? can you tell me why ?

Hi,
Alprazolam has a short half life of 11 hours and will start reducing after it. If you have a drug screen, it might not show after four days.
Routine urine test does not detect any drugs and only shows routine sugar, albumin, ketones, bile salts, bile pigments, etc. Microscopy of urine would shows any cells, casts or crystals including bacteria's.
If it is a routine urine test it would not show anything. If it is a drug screen, then if were done after 3 days, it might not show.
