Why Would The Right Foot Get Cold And Sometimes Swelling And Having Shortness Of Breath After Artrial Fibrillation?

My right foot feels cold and sometimes I get some swelling (mild). Seems to happen when I sit. When I am active I do not notice the problem. Two weeks ago I had an atrial fibrillation problem one morning. No problem since but I do seem to be slightly short of breath on occasion. I lead a generally active live style and no smoke or drink.

Dear sir

Atrial fibrilation causes alterations in the cardiac output especially ventricular output which causes peripheral hypoperfusion or sluggish perfusion which causes the symptoms that you are experiencing.

Dont worry generally you need to take antiplatelets and anticoagulant therapy.

Thanks
