Will 3 Muscle Surgeries Complicated For 48 Degree Prism Diopter On Right Eye?

Sir i am 27 having squint in both my eye .I right drift upwards and and i guess it it is 48 degree prism diopter .Doctor has suggested 3 muscle RE sugory under reg anesthesia.. Are 3 muscle surgery complicated and whst is the sucess rate. Doctor told he will correct it 90%. need your views. i have squint snce childhood and this is my 1st surgory

It seems from the history that you are having squint with eye drifting upwards. This indicates it is vertical squint called as hypertropia and it is because of problems of vertical muscles.
Usually the vertical muscle surgery is complicated than horizontal muscle surgery. This requires surgery in superior rectus, inferior rectus and inferior oblique or superior oblique.
Hence I think your doctor is correct in suggesting three muscle surgery for correction of squint.
