I am 27yrs old with twin kids(normal delivery using epidural).bt i am suffering from L4-L5 Disc disease.I've took the treatment.but i am planning to take treatment in ayurveda.will it be perfect one for me because i have lot of life before.pls suggest me

As per my clinical experience on innumerable patients, it would be a good decision to go for Ayurveda treatment for the conditions told in your query.
You will start feeling the improvement within 1/2 - 1 month but don't stop the treatment till the doctor advise you (it may take hardly 5-11 months ).
