Will CBC And CMP Tests Detect I Pill Consumption In It?

I CONSUMED IPILL ON 22ND JULY AND YESTERDAY AFTER I HAD MY LUNCH I FAINTED AND VOMITED BUT THE SAME NIGHT I GOT DOWN WID PERIODS TODAY I WENT FOR A CHECK UP AND THE DOCTOR SAID IT IS DUE TO WEAKNESS IN BODY AND HE RECOMMENDED FOR CBC AND CMP THYROID TESTS. WILL THE TEST DETECT IPILL CONSUMPTION IN IT ?

Hi,
The test were ordered to assess your hematological profile and thyroid profile. Weakness in the body and fainting could be due to anemia commonly. If the test detects low hemoglobin, other tests with it could be helpful in assessing the type of anemia and treatment required.
Also, Hypothyroidism is now-a-days commonly seen as a condition leading to weakness. Both tests will possible identify the cause, so treatment can be initiated.
i-pill levels are not detected by this method.
