Will I Be Able To Work In Morning After Taking Morphine At Night?

My wife just got put morphine 20 milligrams once a day at night.she has 5 bulging disc starting at her tailbone on up an MRI has indicated today.how long does a 20 milligrams last? And she is still continuing to work. If she takes is a 8 o'clock at night..... Will she be able to go to work in the morning thanks Dan

The half life of morphine is about 2 hours. Your wife will be alert by morning if she has taken the drug at night
