Will I Have Second Chemotherapy Without Any Sickness?

I am a female 46 years of age and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in December 2010.
I have just been back to my consultant for my first checkup after completing a course of chemo three months ago. I was told that my cancer has returned and my CA125 has gone from 45 to 154 in three months. Is this not very quick for the cancer to return. They are talkng of me doing a second round of chemo. My firs chemo went without any complications no sickness nothing. Will a second bout of chemo go as well?

If you have already taken chemotherapy, then u should go for surgery, debulking surgery, it will include remaval of tumor as much as possible, which will help u to reduce the tumor load in your body plus chemotherapy will be more effective later on.
