i am a male patient of essential thrombocytosis (920.000 -1.200.000), 33 years old . i have been treated with Anagralide since 2009 till now , recently i found a mild splenomegaly with grade III bone marrow fibrosis of reticulin type .I have been advised to take Jakavi 15 gm. now i live in Canada and i am planing to marry in about one year, could this drug be a cure for my case and dose this drug or the previous anagralide have a serious effect on my fertility and my sex life with my future wife .thank you for your concern and taking time for responding.
